Assessee's Income Tax Appeal Decided
Morigaon resident Mohammad Inamul Hussain has opted for for availing the “Vivad Se Vishwas Act 2020”in respect of AY 2016-17. As a result, his income tax appeal ITA 24/GHy/2021 filed before ITAT, Guwahati has been "dismissed as not being pressed" by ITAT on 18 March 2021.
In this case, the Order under challenge was an Order dt. 16/09/2019 by CIT(A), Guwahati-1.
