SC Updates : "Notice to Borrower Before Debt Assignment Not Necessary": Borrower's Petition Dismissed by SC

In the recent Judgment [citation :[2021] GCtR 1196 (SC)], Hon'ble Supreme Court had dismissed the petition filed by the borrower whose debts were assigned. In this case, in the Judgment under challenge [citation : [2021] GCtR 1195], it was held that before assignment of debt, there is no need to give notice to the borrower.  

Finally, [2021] GCtR 1195 upheld in [2021] GCtR 1196 (SC).
