HC Directs "Trial Court To Make All Endeavour" To Dispose of This case Within "6 months"

There are many Courts in India. 

Hon'ble Delhi High Court has recently passed a Judgment on 7 July 2021. It was in Manju Rani v Shiv Property Dealer in CM(M) 417/2021. It was directed by Hon'ble High Court that "the learned Trial Court that all endeavour be made to dispose of this case, not later than six months from the date of this order" [para 5].
