There are many cases which are filed before Hon'ble Supreme Court.
Some cases are important.
In an important proposition laid down at page 32 of State of UP v Hari Ram [2013] GCtR 2499 (SC), it was stated thus :-
"Acquisition, therefore, does not take possession unless there is an indication to the contrary."
