Hon'ble Supreme Court has given many Judgments.
It was propounded at page 38 of Maria Margarida Sequeria Fernandes v Erasmo Jack de Sequeria(Dead) [2012] GCtR 2567 (SC) thus : -
"False claims and defences are really serious problems with real estate litigation."
