Property and Will of Properties : A Short Legal Issue

Property and Its Will : A Short Legal Issue

Many cases have been decided by Hon'ble High Courts which have been upheld by Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In the case citation [2014] GCtR 2646, the issue was related to a will in respect of a property. The will was registered. The nature of property itself was questioned in legal proceedings. Fraud was also alleged by parties during litigation.

During the course of litigation, multiple witnesses were examined. Opposite side too examined its witnesses.

[2019] GCtR 2646 brings out an important aspect of Indian Succession Act and it takes recourse to a highly important Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court dealing with the issue.

The law regarding wills in respect of certain properties in India was lucidly explained.

Later on [2014] GCtR 2646 got approval in [2015] GCtR 2647 (SC).
