"Right to Get ‘Default Bail’ is a Very Important Right" : Supreme Court

 There are many decisions which are interesting. Hon'ble Supreme Court has given many decisions.


It has been commented at page 78 of Rakesh Kumar Paul v State of Assam [2017] GCtR 2577 (SC) thus : - 


"Right to get ‘default bail’ is a very important right".
