S.138, NI Act, 1881 : Case Quashed by HC
Many cases have been decided by Hon'ble High Court.
In case citation [2017] GCtR 2637, the case against accused in respect of offence related to S.138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 was quashed ; there was no compromise between accused and the complainant. Two Judgments of Supreme Court were relied on to reach the finding that the case is to be quashed against the accused.
