"Classification based on Difference in Educational Qualifications justifies a difference in Pay Scales" : Supreme Court

It has been clearly and rightly stated at page 10 of State of Haryana v Charanjit Singh [2005] GCtR 2629 (SC) thus : -
"A classification based on difference in educational qualifications justifies a difference in pay scales".
