"Surety does Not have a Right to Dictate Terms to the Creditor" : Supreme Court

Many cases are filed which are related to creditors. 

Law is often involved in them. 

It was propounded at page 5 of Ram Kishun v State of UP [2012] GCtR 2510 (SC) thus :- 

"The surety does not have a right to dictate terms to the creditor as to how he should make the recovery and pursue his remedies against the principal debtor at his instance”
