 "Only 10% seats are to be filled up by limited departmental competitive examination" : Supreme Court


An interesting judgment has been passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court on 13 March 2023.

In respect of posts in higher judiciary, it has been commented at page 5 of Rajendra Kumar Shrivas v State of MP [2023] GCtR 544 (SC) thus : - 

"Only 10% seats are to be filled up by limited departmental competitive examination."
