"Morally, ethically and statutorily Duty bound to Maintain his Wife" : High Court
A recent Judgment has been passed by Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court on 2 March 2023 where husband was the petitioner.
It has been commented in Manvinder Singh v Sarabjeet Kaur [2023] GCtR 568 (P&H) that the "petitioner is morally, ethically and statutorily duty bound to maintain his wife and children."
