Property Dispute : Brothers Win Case Against Sister in HC

Property Dispute : Brothers Win Case Against Sister in HC

Many cases have been decided by Hon'ble High Courts.

In the case citation [2016] GCtR 2679, where the litigation was in respect of immovable property, the brothers were able to secure victory in a legal battle against their own sister. The property was located in an urban area. Parents of these children have already passed away before the litigation could end. After looking at the contents of the pleadings of sister, it became clear whether sister would succeed in this litigation or not.

Though, there can be litigation amongst brothers and sisters, but brothers can also succeed in such litigations.
