SEBI (Foreign Portfolio Investors) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023  has been notified on 14 March 2023. SEBI (Foreign Portfolio Investors) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023  attempts to amend Securities and Exchange Board of India (Foreign Portfolio Investors) Regulations, 2019.
