UAPA, 1967 : Supreme Court Explains the Position
Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed a Judgment on 24 March 2023.
In Arup Bhuyan v State of Assam [2023] GCtR 658 (SC), it was noted that S.10 (a)(i) of UAPA, 1967 does not suffers from vagueness.
