 "Advocate would continue to be considered in practice during period he pursues a full-time LLM Course" : High Court 


An important Judgment was passed by Hon'ble Delhi High Court on 10 April 2023. 

It has been commented in Karan Antil v High Court of Delhi [2023] GCtR 759 (Delhi) that "an advocate would continue to be considered in practice during the period he pursues a full- time LL.M. course as a regular student."
