S.3 - unless otherwise agreed by parties


S.4 - proceeding with arbitration


S.5 - no judicial authority shall intervene


S. 7 (1) - defined legal relationship, whether contractual or not.

S. 7 (3) - Agreement shall be in writing.

S. 7 (5) - Making arbitration clause part of the contract.

S. 8 (1) - no valid arbitration agreement exists.

S. 8 (2) - Certified copy or original arbitration agreement.

S. 8 (3) - Continuing the arbitration.


S. 10 (1) - shall not be an even number.

S. 11 (4)(a) - 30 days

S. 11 (7) - No LPA.

S. 11A - Central Govt has power to amend 4th Schedule.

S. 12(1) - Disclosure in writing. 

S. 20 (2) - Convenience of the parties.

S. 23 (1) - Facts + Points at Issue + Relief/remedy.

S. 23 (4) - 6 months.
