NDPS Act, 1985 : Accused Granted Bail
There is clear authority from case citation [2023] GCtR 799 that even if a person is accused of offences under NDPS Act, 1985, such an accused can also be granted bail.
Ultimately, in [2023] GCtR 799 application of accused for grant of bail was allowed.
