High Court's Recent Finding on Untoward Incident under Railways Act


A Judgment has been passed on 12 April 2023.

A recent finding on the issue of S.123(c) of Railways Act was given in Kalpana Devi v Union of India [2023] GCtR 771 (Delhi)

It was concluded that the appellant failed to make out a case of untoward incident under the provisions of said Act.
