 Section 138 of NI Act, 1881 and Summoning the Accused 


There was an interesting decision on S.138 of N.I. Act, 1881. 


In Magnum Aviation (Pvt) Ltd v State [2010] GCtR 2934 (Delhi), the issue of summoning of an accused in context of S.138 of NI Act, 1881 arose. 

Explaining the law, the Order of summoning was sustained.
