 Irretrievable Breakdown of Marriage : Supreme Court Clarifies the Legal Aspect


An interesting judgment is passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court on 1 May 2023 in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1118 of 2014.


In Shilpa Sailesh v Varun Sreenivasan [2023] GCtR 896 (SC), the issue of irretrievable breakdown of marriage was decided.
