Leave Encashment to Employees and The Legal Issue Around it
An important Judgment was passed by Hon'ble Delhi High Court on 18 September 2013.
In Deepak Sapra v Punjab National Bank [2013] GCtR 3177 (Delhi) it was propounded that leave encashment benefits are property, being vested rights, which cannot be deprived of without authority of law.
