Criminal Law - Allegations of Murder- Victim was a woman - Victim died during morning hours - Dead body was sent for post mortem - There was a gap of more than 6 hours between time of death and post mortem - Chargesheet was submitted against accused persons - Trial Court convicted accused persons - It was seen that statement of accused persons was recorded under S.313 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 - Accused argued that FIR was lodged with delay and that the Order of Trial Court is perverse and illegal - Order of Trial Court convicting accused set aside - Accused acquitted of all the charges.
