"It is clear as crystal from a reading of Section 10 (4) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, that the Labour Court/Tribunal/National Tribunal cannot go beyond the points of reference and is mandatorily required to confine its adjudication to the points of reference and matters incidental thereto."
