📝 Sunita Bai Sahu v. State of MP [2024] GCtR 3076 (Jabalpur, MP) : Aadhar Card is not the document of age and it is a document of identity (Biometric, IRIS). 

📝 Bashir Khan v. Ishrat Bano [2024] GCtR 3077 (Gwalior, MP) : According to Mahomedan Law cited above, the father of widow's husband is not compelled to maintain wife of deceased son.

📝 State of MP v. Manoj Kumar [2024] GCtR 3078 (Jabalpur, MP) : Relief by way of reinstatement of employee with back wages is not automatic. 

📝 State of MP v. Kunwarlal Chowkikar [2024] GCtR 3079 (Jabalpur, MP) : While dealing with issue of whether "period of unauthorized absence can be regularized merely on the ground that the employee was being harassed by the superior authority and his transfer was not in accordance with the policy", it was held that representation filed by the employee does not create any right in his favour to remain at the same place from where he has been transferred until the representation is decided. He must first join the transferred place even if he has to avail the remedy of representation. It was also held that Scheduled Caste Commission may not interfere in the service conditions of an employee viz. transfer, promotion , posting etc., which all are governed under the Service conditions of an employee. 

📝 Sunil Dubey v. State of MP [2024] GCtR 3080 (Jabalpur, MP) : In this case, holding that the right of accused to cross examine the witness was properly closed, it was also held that "seeking adjournments for postponing the examination of witnesses who are present in court even without making other arrangements for examining such witnesses is a dereliction of an advocate’s duty to the court as that would cause much harassment and hardship to the witnesses."
