*Alkama Murder Case* - Case is now before Spl Judge MP/MLA at Evidence Stage. 7 persons were made accused in chargesheet. First informant was made accused. Charges have been framed. Case no. 457A/2018 was also mentioned. Khalid Azeem @ Ashraf was made accused. Surjeet and Alkama were killed. 2nd chargesheet was submitted. 5th chargesheet was filed against Ashraf on which on 5 Jan 2018 cognisance was taken. 6th chargesheet was filed against Ateeq Ahmad on which at relevant time, cognisance was yet to be taken. The transfer of investigation was done to CBCID. 2nd investigation says 7 accused persons are innocent. It was a 3rd investigation which said that Ateeq Ahmad and Ashraf are involved.
Mohd Abid on 25 Sep 2015 had lodged FIR against 7 persons alleging offence at 8.30 pm. 3rd chargesheet was of the date 4 jan 2018 in which Ashraf was accused.
