*Whether Umesh Pal was listed as witness before Sessions Trial in Lucknow ?*

Chargesheet dt 15 /07/2019 was filed by CBI, according to Sessions Court Order (page 9) ;  page no.10 contains list of witnesses which has 17 names and Umesh Pal is not there. There were 37 defence witness and Umesh Pal's name is not there. In this case, 10 accused persons were there. So, on the date when Umesh Pal died and the above reporting was done, chargesheet was already filed and Umesh Pal is nowhere listed as witness, let alone his becoming an eyewitness.
