Non Involvement of Vehicle and Compensation under MV Act, 1988


Whether the argument of non involvement of vehicle or driver not having valid DL or vehicle not having a permit would lead to exoneration or recovery rights or reduction in interest amount for insurance company in case of compensation under MV Act, 1988 ?
