In an interesting case of Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Ltd v. Mahadurga Charitable Trust Society [2025] GCtR 1311 (DRT, Delhi), it was held that the auction purchaser is a necessary party in proceedings before DRT under SARFAESI Act, 2002.
