Refund of Fees From Advocate : The Law and Method

While dealing with a case of Advocate where Bar Council had ordered that a client is entitled to claim refund from his Advocate looking at clause 12 of BCI Rules, it was also held that  in contempt proceedings, the contemnor has to be given an opportunity to establish his innocence. - Rajiv Dawar v. High Court of Delhi [2017] GCtR 6257 (SC)
