*Important Information for Vehicle Owners*
If you find any car parked inside a residential complex in shared parking space without any allotted private parking space or on any public road in Jhandewalan or Mayur Vihar area of Delhi, kindly report the matter to authorities [MCD] so that the necessary action against such vehicle owner's can be taken. You can cite the law laid down in case citation [2024] GCtR 1383 (Delhi) so that penalty and towing and parking charges can be recovered from such vehicle owner.
