Business Transactions and Criminal Proceedings under S.420 of IPC : Supreme Court Quashes the Case

In case of Thermax Ltd v. K.M. Johny [2011] GCtR 4630 (SC), after explaining the ingredients of S.420 of IPC, the criminal proceedings were quashed. In this case, the criminal proceedings were initiated in respect of certain business transactions.
