RTI Act, 2005 : Can Answer Sheets by Denied by Public Authorities ?

In Rakesh Kumar Singh v. Harish Chander [2007] GCtR 6390 (CIC), the question of disclosure of evaluated answer sheets under RTI Act, 2005 was explained and answered. It was held that minutes of DPCs are fully disclosable and disclosure of answer sheets of all candidates in departmental exams will bring fairness.
