 Whether unregistered agreements to sell properties in Delhi are Legal ?

The law is clear through Jagdambey Builders Pvt. Ltd v. J.S. Vohra [2016] GCtR 6400 (Delhi) on the effect of unregistered agreement to sell immovable property above Rs. 100/-. The effect of Stamp Act, 1899 and Registration Act, 1908 after 2001 was rightly answered.
