Judicial Accountability : Direction Issued Regarding Judicial Indiscipline
In case of Nikhil Jain v. State of NCTD [2025] GCtR 1585 (Delhi) noting the case appears to be a case of judicial indiscipline, direction issued to place matter before the Inspecting Committees of the said two Judicial Officers.
Direction has been issued to Police Commissioner regarding role of IO/SI Prashant Kumar.
