HC Upholds the Relief Granted to MSME under MSMED Act, 2006

Upholding the Order of MSEFC, it was held in context of S.18 of MSMED Act, 2006 that upon receipt of a reference by the Council, the Council may either itself attempt to bring about conciliation between the Parties in the  matter, or seek the assistance of an institution or centre providing alternate dispute resolution services  by making a reference to such an institution or centre for conducting  conciliation under the provisions of Sections 65 to 81 of the MSMED Act.
