Prostitution Racket in 5-Star Hotels : High Court Answers the Legal Issues Involving the Allegations

In an important judgment where there were allegations of prostitution in 5-star hotels, it was held that when a case is one involving provisions of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956  and the IPC,1860, it is not possible to hold that the invocation of MCOCA to such case would be unjustified.
