Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 - Section 34 - "Application for Setting Aside Arbitral Awards" - It has been held that "S.34 Court must not lightly interfere with arbitral awards. The S.34 jurisdiction lends itself to disturbing arbitral awards strictly within the parameters legislated within S. 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996". - Pratibha Industries Ltd v.
