Are you Only Paying Insurance Premium

In a case citation [2018] GCtR 6623, although the insurance claim was genuine, yet the employees of LIC repudiated the genuine insurance claim. Insurance Policy numbers are : policies bearing Nos. 781330334, 78132219 and 78046851. This forced the innocent customer to suffer harassment ; he went into litigation and ultimately, Consumer Forum held that the customer is entitled to his insurance claim. This establishes that claim repudiation by employees of LIC was illegal. This is a true fact based on Consumer Forum records which exposes the false promises of LIC and unethical acts of employees of LIC.
