*Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 - Compensation in Road Accidents - Section 166 - Application for Compensation - "Injury" - Driving Licence* - Accident took place in the year 2004 - Victim was hit by vehicle - Victim suffered injuries - Offending vehicle's driver did not had valid Driving Licence at the time of accident - Insurance company was not fully exonerated from liability - Insurance company filed appeal seeking full exoneration from liability to pay compensation amount - Held, Order of MACT is correct - Complete exoneration of insurance company was rightly denied - Appeal of insurance company was dismissed. - *UIIC v.
