In a recent Judgment, there was a police case registered in the year 2020, where allegedly father had raped her minor daughter who had not even completed 12 years of age. In this case, the allegations were also related to provisions under POCSO Act, 2012 apart from the relevant provisions of Indian Penal Code.
The father had approached HC and argued that accused father's application be allowed.
Finally, the application of accused - father has been rejected.
