"Both the Government Orders are An Insult to the Legal Profession" : High Court
It has been recently commented at page 34 of V. Ayyadurai v State of Tamil Nadu [2023] GCtR 493 (Madras) thus : -
"Determining a ceiling of Rs. 10 lakhs for appearances in arbitration matters or in civil suits defies logic."
"I have no hesitation in holding that both the Government Orders are an insult to the legal profession."
