CGST : "Officer" "Not vested with" "authority to pass the order of prohibition" Argues the Party Before HC

In a petition filed before a very important High Court which had given numerous important Judgments, that is, Hon'ble Delhi High Court in R.J. Trading Co v Commissioner of CGST, North Delhi in WP(C) 4847/2021, when the matter was listed on 19 April 2021, the petitioner's Advocate made the submission at para 2 that "the concerned officer was not vested with the authority to pass the order of prohibition."

When matter was listed on 4 June 2021, before Hon'ble Delhi High Court, the petitioner's Advocate has said "that he requires some more time as he would want to make further submissions."
