Now it has become crystal clear. It has been very clearly held by Hon'ble Supreme Court in its Judgment dt. 6 December 2007 that "Judges must know their limits". This was the clear remark in an extremely correct Judgment : Divisional Manager, Aravali Golf Club & Anr. v. Chander Hass & Anr in CA 5732/2007. It was held in this Judgment that Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana HC "acted beyond their jurisdiction".[para 41].
