"Non - Matching of Blood Group is a Lacunae", Accused Acquitted
Many cases have been decided by Hon'ble Supreme Court.
If we look at Sattatiya @ Satish Rajanna Kartalla v State of Maharashtra [2008] GCtR 2692 (SC), it was seen that the non - matching of blood groups was treated to be a lacunae.
