Service Law Updates : Transfer Policy of Regular Teachers

In a recent case filed before Hon'ble Gauhati High Court, Itanagar Bench, Hon'ble J. Nani Tagia had directed the Education Department of Arunachal Pradesh to file affidavit in opposition "which shall invariably contain the transfer and policy guidelines in respect of the regular Teachers."

The matter will be listed after two weeks from 28 June 2021.
