Trademark : HC Explains the Legal Position
In context of legal issues related to trademark, the law was explained in Jai Bhagwan Gupta v Registrar of Trade Marks [2020] GCtR 1040 (Delhi). It lays down the guidelines to be followed by officers in the Registry of Trade Marks while dealing with the applications for registration.
A brief order is to be passed by the Registrar under S.20 (1) of TM Act.
