Govt Jobs, Appointments and Regularisation : A Legal Issue
Many Judgments have been given by Hon'ble Supreme Court.
If we look at Secretary, State of Karnataka v Umadevi & Ors [2006] GCtR 995 (SC), it can be clearly seen that an appointment on the basis of an application without following the Constitutional scheme would be arbitrary and illegal.
