Extra Judicial Confession is a Weak Piece of Evidence : A Recent View
Interesting judgment was passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court on 3 March 2023.
It has been commented at page 8 of Nikhil Chandra Mondal v State of WB [2023] GCtR 511 (SC) thus : -
"Extra-judicial confession is a weak piece of evidence".
