Bombay / Income Tax Updates : Income Tax Deptt Files Appeal in Bombay HC

In India, there are many High Courts. Apart from Gauhati High Court, Hon'ble Bombay High Court is considered to be a prestigious High Court.

Hon'ble J. Ujjal Bhuyan who is currently a Judge at Bombay HC has actually started his practice in Gauhati High Court. 

Recently, Principal Commissioner of Income Tax has filed an income tax appeal [ITXA 31/2021]. The opposite party is Hindustan Thompson Associates Pvt Ltd.
